Who is this journey for?
She Rises Here is for women in their late 30s through mid-50s who want to feel strong in their bodies and grounded in themselves — without the pressure of hustle or perfection. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and want support, or simply craving more connection to yourself, this space is designed to meet you where you are.
Why She Rises Here?
Most teachers focus only on the body. She Rises Here cares for the whole self — body, heart, and spirit. You’ll find short, smart workouts that fit into real life, and reflection and community that help you feel connected and supported in this stage of life. It’s not about hustling harder and trying to fix it all — it’s about moving in ways that sustain you, with the grounding of connection woven in.
What kind of workouts are included?
You’ll get a blend of strength training, Pilates, and mobility workouts — all 30 minutes or less. Each one is designed to be effective, accessible, and supportive of shifting energy, changing hormones, and busy schedules.
What equipment do I need?
Most workouts require just the basics: a yoga mat, a pair of light to medium dumbbells, and a resistance band. Occasionally I’ll add props like a Pilates ball or heavier dumbbell/kettlebell, but alternatives and modifications are always provided.
Do I have to be “in midlife” to join?
Most of our members are between their late 30s and 50s, but this space is open to anyone who resonates with the themes of strength, reflection, and connection in their life.
