Midlife isn’t a crisis. It’s a RISING.
SHE RISES HERE
A space for midlife women ready to feel strong in their bodies, present in their minds, and connected to what’s next—through movement, reflection, education, and community.
YOU FEEL THE SHIFT
Maybe it’s the hormonal changes—the restless nights, the mood swings, the way your body feels different—that have you asking, “What the heck is going on?”
But alongside the changes, there’s something else—a surprising sense of freedom. A quiet permission to care less about what doesn’t matter, to let go of mental clutter, and to start asking bigger questions.
You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else—family, career, community. But now, you’re wondering:
“What’s next for me?”
The world tells women to fade quietly in midlife, to shrink as this new season unfolds. But you’re ready for something different.
You want to feel alive in it—at home in your body, grounded in your choices, and surrounded by women who are also choosing to rise.
This isn’t about more hustle or proving yourself.
It’s about growing, learning, and carving space for the things that truly matter.
If you feel that pull, you’re in the right place.
IF YOU’RE READY FOR
This season is about creating space, moving with intention, and showing up for what really matters.
You’re ready to:
Trade perfection for presence
Move with strength and joy—not punishment
Understand and support your changing body—through the shifts of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Let go of the noise and grow into the woman you’ve been becoming all along.
And you know you’re not meant to do it alone— you want to be surrounded by women choosing curiosity, connection, and courage over fear.
WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE
At the heart of She Rises Here is The Rising Circle —a monthly gathering where we explore midlife with curiosity, honesty, and intention.
Each month follows the natural rhythm of the seasons, with themes designed to keep you feeling inspired, informed, and connected to yourself:
Winter – Stillness, Self, Structure
Honoring transitions, nervous system care, and nourishing routines that ground you in this new season of life.
Spring – Growth, Creativity, Curiosity
Exploring creative expression, releasing comparison, and redefining what this chapter gets to look like for you.
Summer – Joy, Embodiment, Energy
Strength, sex + pleasure, and embracing the wisdom of your midlife body.
Fall – Letting Go, Wisdom, Reflection
Boundaries without guilt, tending your inner fire, and looking back with grace while moving forward with trust.
Every circle blends education, reflection, and connection—time carved out just for you to learn, share, and feel supported by women walking this same chapter.
And because moving your body is part of feeling at home in it, join us for our weekly livestream WiseBody class every Tuesday 9am EST—a fun, low-pressure way to build strength, increase mobility, and feel good in your body.

ABOUT ME
I’m Hadley—a movement teacher, women’s wellness coach, and forever student of what it means to feel at home in our bodies.
For the past 13 years, I’ve helped women feel strong, mobile, and empowered through Pilates, strength training, mindful movement, and coaching. But my work has always been about more than just great workouts. My background also includes training as a women’s life coach, and teaching for 7 years with the True Body Project, “a program rooted in mindful, somatic, and expressive practices that help release stress, reconnect to self, and find freedom in movement.”(thewell.world) From these experiences my passion has been creating spaces where honesty, curiosity, and connection thrive.
As I’ve moved into my 40s, my own relationship with wellness has shifted. Subtle hormonal changes, emotional ups and downs, and the question, “What’s next for me?” began to surface. And honestly? My life feels full and beautiful—I love my family (my dog, and my wonderful husband), I’m a deep romantic at heart (yes, I devour romance novels), and I know myself, flaws and all. But I’ve also felt that tug of curiosity, the desire to keep growing, to carve space for what matters, and to ask, “What else is possible?”
That’s why I created She Rises Here—a space for midlife women to rise together. Women who want to feel strong, supported, and curious about what’s next. Women who want to move, reflect, and learn in a way that feels real, life-giving, and doable in the midst of busy lives.
If you feel that same pull, you belong here.
